Ultra 64 Board + Controllerboard (N64 Prototyp) bei ebay!!! O_O

Das hier wär für mich die Ultimative versuchung, mich mal so richtig zu verschulden,... denn die chance bekommt man wohl nie wieder. Da ich allerdings in den nächsten 3 Jahren das geld wohl nicht so schnell zusammen bekommen werde, wird mir das Board wohl doch durch die Finger gleiten. Naja, aber genug erstmal mit dem Vorgeplänkel:

Grade eben habe ich bei ebay das Ultimum für jeden N64 liebhaber gefunden: Eines der ersten Development Boards des N64, das weit vor Konsolenrelease an die Entwickler verkauft wurde. Es basiert also noch auf der Ultra 64 Hardware! Zum Verkauf steht das Board, inkl dem mehr als nur seltenem Controller Board und einer Dev-Tool CD von Silicon Graphics! Es handelt sich bei der Auktion um eine Spende für Assemblergames.com!

naja dann braucht man nur noch den rest von dem Dev Kit und dann kann man auch es wirklich nutzen ;)
der das Board ist ja nichts besonderes da man nichts wirklich nur mit dem Board anfangen kann ;)
wenn man aber wie gesagt auch den rest also die beiden anderen Boards hat ( Slotplatiene für die Module und dem Haubtboard wo dieses Board dann noch drann kommt) dann hat man was was wirklich viel wert währe ^^

der Rest Ist kein Problem, denn alles was man sonstn noch braucht um es zu benutzen ist das SGI Indy... und das bekommt man bei ebay schon ab 80$ komplett.

Finde es aber sehr geil,.. auf dem board hat sich nen Rechtscreibfehler versteckt :fresse:

Mir kam grad ne Idee...
Wieso legt ihr das Geld nicht zusammen und macht hinterher jemanden aus, der das dann kriegt. Der jenige könnte es ja in Raten abbezahlen xD
Oder ihr habt das als Gemeinschaftsbesitz für alle xD
Ich weiß sind blöde ideen ^^

habter gesehen ? zu dem VDC-NUS gibt es nochmal zusätzlich einen S-RGB Chip, den müsste man mal missbrauchen ^^.

Aber schon cool so ein "Developmnet" Board XD

Wo gibt es den An/Aus Knopf bzw. Wo steckt man das Module rein oder war das noch so früh, das es nur per PC übertragen wird?

Um das U64 Board nutzen zu können braucht man noch ein SGI Indy (ne art Workstation). Dort wird das Board montiert und kann dann genutzt werden. An das Indy zu kommen ist auch kein Prob, das gibts bei ebay schon ab 80$ sofortkauf, nur das U64 board ist halt hammer schwer zu bekommen.

Sehr geil finde ich den Rechtschreibfehler auf dem u64 board: Dort steht Developmnet ^_^

kennste dich mit dem indy ein wenig aus ? eigenes OS drauf installiert ?, sind die N64 games darüber ausführbar ?

meines wissens nach hat es nen eigenes os. N64 spiele sind mit dem U64 board auch ausführbar. Die benötigte Software ist ja in der Auktion mit dabei...
leider konnte ich bisher keine Dokumentation zum Indy/U64 finden, interessiere mich nämlich schon länger dafür!

Auch sehr interessant: Das U64 Board hat ja, wie schon jemandem aufgefallen war, nen VCD-NUS und einen SRGB chip... als ich so meinen N64 Ordner durchsucht hab stach mir eben so ein Platinenscan von nem NUS-001-FRA N64 ins auge:

jepp, wie biste eigentlich an die ran gekommen? Ebay verkäufer gezielt angeschrieben?

Würde mich echt mal interessieren, was da überall für chipsatz-technische unterschiede sind,.. sowohl beim Ultra64. als auch beim Aleck64...

vor 2 monaten ca. war zufällig eins bei ebay.de drinne für 20 euro geschossen.

du das kannst das entwickler Board nicht mit dem arcade Board vergleichen.
